Job summary

Essex General Construction, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Superintendent to support the Project Superintendent by managing on-site coordination and supervision for a single project.

You will oversee the in-the-field construction process and serve as the on-site project representative, coordinating subcontractor work across framing, roofing, and concrete trades. The ideal candidate will assist with daily on-site management, ensure safety and quality on a dynamic construction site, and

Job Description

Assistant Project Superintendent is responsible for assisting the Project Superintendent by overseeing the in-the-field construction process and will concentrate on a single project, working as an on-site coordinator and on-site project representative aiding the Project Superintendent. Coordinate Subcontractor work in all areas, including framing, roofing, concrete, etc. as assigned by the Project Superintendent.
