Garney is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Florida. You will review shop drawings, manage project scheduling, perform drafting, and serve as the contact for owners and engineers. The role also includes purchasing materials, surveying sites, updating as-built docs, and ensuring job-site safety.

The ideal candidate holds a civil/mechanical/construction management degree with 4–7 years of construction experience and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Process and review shop drawings and project documentation.
• Coordinate with the project scheduling system and update plans.
• Perform detailed drafting and site surveys.
• Serve as owner/architect/engineer contact and purchase materials.
• Survey construction sites and oversee safety on site.
• Track labor hours and coordinate subcontractors.
• Update daily and periodic project reports and as-built documents.
