What Can You Expect

  • Working in a fast-paced, highly creative, collaborative environment
  • Provide administrative and technical assistance to the Project Management Team, including daily processing of RFIs and submittals, updates to project schedules, and other activities to ensure projects meet company standards. Train and develop Office Engineers and support the Project Manager.
  • Create, update, and maintain various project controls that track the status of individual projects or task orders, changes, RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, quality controls, safety, financial performance, close-out, and other project aspects.
  • Ample opportunities for continuing education and career growth
  • Support the physical layout and understand the spatial relationships of the work. Develop control line drawings using CAD, review and coordinate shop drawings, and facilitate the correct fitting of various work elements.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Ability to monitor and understand the overall financial status of projects, including subcontractor and vendor statuses, labor/payroll, materials, and overheads.
  • Work with subject matter experts to create, review, and process shop drawings and other submittals documenting construction progress.
  • Develop an understanding of process management and perform work contracted through various delivery methods.
  • Willingness to learn and demonstrate proficiency with software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center, and HCSS.
  • Travel to project locations, including extended stays at sites, may be required.
