Our onsite Program Management team in Chicago, IL is looking to add a driven and collaborative Assistant Project Manager -Terminals and Concourses in support of a multi-billion-dollar airport capital Redevelopment Program at O’Hare International Airport. This position allows for the opportunity to be a major contributor to the growth of one of the busiest airports in the world as part of the program management team.
Reporting directly to the Program Project Manager, your responsibilities will include partnering with client representatives and management of the appointed Construction Manager At-Risk (CMR). You’ll support the Project Managers with stakeholder coordination, interface management, design and construction oversight, value engineering, reporting, problem solving, risk assessments, preparation of presentation materials and day-to-day project and technical management of activities.
You’ll assist with the preparation of project details in various phases, provide technical support to Project Managers with design project delivery methods, contract packages, and project execution plans. You’ll interface projects with the Diversity Equity and Inclusion team , assist in managing the design of multi discipline projects, assist with the technical review of design and construction documents, assist with development of the project schedule, and development of design and soft costs, the preparation of the Task Order Service Request documentation for assigned projects and by supporting resolution or responses to Requests for Information.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $145,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
