B.H. Inc. (BHI) in Utah seeks an Assistant Project Manager - Renewables to support our project management and field teams on utility-scale renewable construction projects in Milford, Utah.

You will help keep projects safe, profitable, and on schedule, collaborating with Safety, QA/QC, Logistics, and Construction teams to ensure quality execution, timely material deliveries, and robust project performance. Responsibilities

• Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedule updates. Maintain an accurate 4-Week-Look-Ahead Schedule and assist with updating the Primavera schedule.
• Update and analyze the Performance Tracker to monitor profitability, optimize equipment utilization, and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate daily with Safety, QA/QC, Logistics, and Construction to ensure quality execution, timely material deliveries, and safe job sites.
• Interface directly with clients regarding project needs, assist with material ordering, and review/approve vendor invoices.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will report directly to the Project Manager and work closely with office and field teams. Your primary focus will be supporting operations to ensure the project remains safe, profitable, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedule updates. Maintain an accurate 4-Week-Look-Ahead Schedule and assist with updating the Primavera schedule.
• Update and analyze the Performance Tracker to monitor profitability, optimize equipment utilization, and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate daily with key teams-including Safety, QA/QC, Logistics, and Construction-to ensure quality execution, timely material deliveries, and safe job site environments.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Proficiency with key industry software: Primavera, Bluebeam, Asana, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Trimble Viewpoint, and Propeller Aero.
• Experience or background in construction project support, documentation, and scheduling.
• Willingness and ability to accommodate heavy travel nationwide as required by project needs.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Self-driven approach with high attention to detail and a commitment to job-site safety.
