Job summary

Cornerstone Concilium, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support DCPS capital projects with technical oversight, scheduling and budget management, and stakeholder coordination.

The role is full-time and onsite at our Washington, DC location, working with DGS to ensure project success. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in managing construction projects, with strong communication skills and a solid grasp of scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience coordinating construction projects from start to finish.
• Experience managing capital or public-sector construction projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate with agencies, contractors, design teams and community stakeholders.
• Full project lifecycle experience: planning, procurement, design, permitting, construction, turnover, and warranty.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist DGS in delivering DCPS capital projects with technical oversight.
• Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with agencies, contractors, design teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor field activities and contribute to portfolio management.
