InServ, a North Carolina-based contractor, seeks an Assistant Project Manager in Holly Springs to support planning, scheduling, budgets, and execution on industrial construction projects. You will work with the Project Manager and field leadership to drive projects from planning through closeout.

You’ll gain exposure to technical, financial, contractual, scheduling, and operational aspects and learn from experienced professionals while developing leadership skills for future growth within InServ.

Qualifikationen

• 1-5 years of experience in construction, engineering, scheduling, or related field.
• Fundamental understanding of construction practices and project management.
• Enjoy working with numbers, schedules, drawings, specifications, and details.
• Organize competing priorities without losing sight of the details.
• Clear communication with both technical and field-oriented audiences.
• Comfortable asking questions, learning from experienced people, and making decisions.

Aufgaben

• Support the Project Manager and site supervision with project planning, scheduling, budgets, and execution.
• Coordinate contractual requirements, design drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Maintain and update project schedules and address schedule issues with Construction Managers and Superintendents.
• Partner with the PM and field team to ensure project costs reflect field activity.
• Track project progress, organize meetings, and prepare status reports.
• Identify risks and issues and raise them proactively.
• Assist with change orders, pricing, and field information.
