$70,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Washington, D.C. This role will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet both client expectations and company standards. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to work well under pressure, and thrive in a team-driven environment.

Description

  • Support the Project Manager in all phases of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Assist with coordination between subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely progress and adherence to project plans.
  • Track and document project progress, including budget updates, change orders, and schedule adjustments.
  • Help manage and enforce safety standards on-site, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
  • Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring timely updates on project milestones.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and work with the Project Manager to resolve issues early.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, and schedules.
