Job Details

Responsibilities

• Assisting the project manager with managing profitability, staff development and positive client relations, in tandem with the superintendent
• Assisting the project manager with constructability reviews and problem solving
• Working with supervision and the PM to maintain the schedule
• Proactively leading our safety efforts
• Supervising project engineers and interns
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field of study
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor
• Prior experience with 100+ unit ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects (including podium, garden walk-up, and other Type I developments)
• Understanding of the construction management process and procedures including estimating, budget control, scheduling, safety management, subcontracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs and closeout
• Experienced with MS Office Suite, Project Management (Procore), Estimating (Bluebeam), and Scheduling Software (MS Project)
