Job summary

Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME) seeks an Assistant Project Manager to drive modular manufacturing and electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

You will work with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, budget, document, and communicate with customers, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. This full-time role offers exposure to all project phases, collaboration across departments, and growth opportunities within IME and the Quanta

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience in project coordination, management, or construction operations.
• Knowledge of modular manufacturing, electrical construction, or related processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects through estimating, pre-construction, manufacturing, production, delivery, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and tracking tools to ensure milestones.
• Monitor progress and communicate schedule impacts, risks, and actions to stakeholders.
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure safety and compliance on construction sites.
