The Encompass Group in Maryland seeks an organized Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of custom millwork and cabinetry projects. You will collaborate with project managers, clients, vendors, and production teams to ensure timelines and quality.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans and drawings, tracking timelines, coordinating purchasing, and assisting with budgeting and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Assist Project Managers with project scheduling, coordination, and execution from initial planning through completion.
• Review project plans, specifications, shop drawings, and other documentation to support project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to communicate updates and resolve issues.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, material orders, and outstanding action items.
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, purchase orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and help identify potential delays, discrepancies, or scope changes.
