Job summary

Michels Energy Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support project planning and organization across energy and industrial infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines, assist with scheduling, budgeting, and reporting, and contribute to safe, efficient field execution.

Travel to project sites may be required. Bachelor’s degree in PM/CM/Eng or related field with 0–3 years of experience preferred; strong communication and MS

  • 0-3 years of related experience or equivalent.
  • Training in safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures; MS Office and Primavera preferred.

What it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, 0-3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination
  • Foundational knowledge of project management and construction management principles
  • Training in safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Primavera (preferred)
  • Ability to support project controls including cost tracking, labor tracking, scheduling, budgeting, documentation, reporting, and basic financial metrics analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to travel for extended durations, commit to long-term onsite projects, and work in outdoor environments
