Job summary

United Contractor Services, LLC invites an Assistant Project Manager to join live commercial projects and learn from seasoned PMs from week one. You will support coordination across PMs, field leadership, and trade partners while building practical judgment for future advancement.

Responsibilities include assisting with planning, scheduling, progress reporting, and documentation, plus ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality align with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or Project Management or related field, or equivalent time in the trade.
• Familiarity with construction management platforms is helpful but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as coordination hub between PMs, field crews, owners, and trade partners.
• Prepare progress updates, status reports, and job documentation.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation on active commercial jobs.
• Monitor milestones and budgets, flag inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.
• Maintain job records and ensure work meets project specs and quality standards.
