Job summary

A Mechanical contracting firm located in Mt. Pleasant, WI is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support commercial projects. This position requires a college degree in Mechanical Engineering, along with 3+ years of HVAC experience, including estimating and project management. Responsibilities include assisting project managers, managing project documentation, and ensuring installation accuracy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC on the construction side including estimating, project management and business development.
• Ability to assist PM and Field Supervision to ensure installation occurs correctly.
• Utilize training to further develop understanding of Mechanical Systems.

Responsibilities

• Support profitability and quality execution of commercial projects.
• Manage documentation to prevent errors on Design-Build projects.
• Maintain log of RFI’s, Submittals, Drawings, and Issues.
