Job summary

Polk Mechanical Company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects. You will work with Project Managers, field leaders, subcontractors, and clients to ensure on-time, safe, and quality project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in construction or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency with project documentation, submittals, and reporting.
• Willingness to visit job sites with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, field leaders, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitor project progress, safety, and quality in alignment with Polk Mechanical standards.
• Assist in preparing schedules, budgets, and change orders.
• Grow into future project leadership roles.
