Job summary

Tori Contracting in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help manage commercial drywalling, metal stud framing, and acoustics on luxury projects. The role includes supporting project managers and overseeing smaller projects to keep work on schedule and within budget.

You will handle project documentation, RFIs, change orders, logs, and coordinate with field teams. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years' framing/drywall experience, a BS in Construction Management or related

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of framing/drywall experience in new construction, renovation, and interior buildouts.
Bachelor of Science in Construction Science, Construction Management, or related Engineering field preferred (may be accepted in lieu of experience).
Excellent verbal and written communication; proficiency with Procore and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

Project Documentation – track and submit logs, drawings, specs; create RFIs and change orders as needed.
Project Quality Control – perform field inspections and report items of concern.
Change Management – maintain change order logs and issue change orders.
Project costs and billing – review invoices, schedules, and ensure payments.
Admin Support – assist project managers to optimize time and workflows.
Other duties as assigned.
