Your impact

We’re seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Missouri City, TX. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive industry experience to address today’s challenges.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for preparing RFIs and RFPs, reviewing project scope and contract values, and overseeing all craft trades on-site. Your skills in negotiation, managing site work, and project controls will help ensure successful project outcomes. Building strong relationships with clients will be key to your success at Jacobs.

Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, or related Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience working on large building construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction processes, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems and technology, team building, and client relationship management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and secure new work

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

  • Experience in design and task management of K-12 or Higher Education projects
  • Experience with cost estimating and construction services
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam, Prolog, Kahua, MS Project, Primavera P6

The salary range for this position is $75,800 to $104,300, determined by location, skills, experience, and education.
