Job summary

Quanta-Services in Tulsa, OK, seeks an Assistant Project Manager I to support the Project Manager on multiple EPC projects. You will coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, client communications, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution phases.

You will assist in schedule development, participate in value engineering, manage subcontractor scopes, and support safety and financial reviews. This role offers growth within a dynamic energy infra team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; self-starter and team player; strong problem solving; understands project design and integrated EPC processes.
• Experience with coordinating engineering, estimating, project controls, and procurement for EPC projects would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with safety, QA/QC, scheduling, and cost control practices is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution phases.
• Assists PM in developing initial project schedules with engineering, estimating, and project controls.
• Participates in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Collaborates with procurement to define subcontractor scopes and schedule exhibits.
• Supports safety teams in developing project safety plans and incident reporting.
• Assists PM with monthly project reviews and reporting to senior management.
• Supports project financial reviews and closeouts.
• Assists with RFI submissions using the company document management system.
• Provides feedback to improve quality of technical, commercial, and administrative deliverables.
• Assists in procurement of PO and subcontract packages.
• Monitors progress of design, procurement, and construction.
• Facilitates project close-out and warranty administration.
• Performs cost reviews and lessons learned sessions.
