Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and implementation of concrete frame and formwork projects.
- Perform jobsite inspections/audits of shoring, rebar/pt installation, safety, and quality.
- Assist in managing project productivity, costs, quality, and safety in accordance with company policies and practices.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to enhance project procurement, reduce risk, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Create and coordinate material and equipment schedules, promoting their efficient use.
- Manage subcontractor and vendor contracts, along with related processes and procedures.
- Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience, with at least 6 months in a similar role exceeding performance expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels, including clients and vendors.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills related to plan layouts, material deliveries, and jobsite productivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Willingness and ability to travel and work on projects outside the local area for extended periods.
