Qualifications

• 2-3 years construction project experience.
• Strong communication with subcontractors, superintendents and owners.
• Experience scheduling, estimating, and assistant PM duties.
• Client-facing with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project scheduling and coordination
• Track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Attend project meetings and prepare meeting notes
• Assist with budget tracking and reporting
• Support closeout documentation processes
