Lukos is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Washington, DC to support project coordination, data analysis, and regulatory compliance across multiple concurrent contracts. Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• PMP certification or DHS mid-level project management certification, or equivalent.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly desired, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and tracking project tasks, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
• Monitor progress against schedules and resources, identifying risks or bottlenecks for escalation.
• Gather, organize, and analyze technical data and operating metrics to evaluate performance.
• Draft briefings, reports, and working papers for project leadership.
• Read and examine government regulations, policy directives, and contract guidelines.
• Apply regulatory knowledge to PWS tasks as instructed by the Project Manager.
• Facilitate clear oral and written communications with team members, management, and stakeholders.
• Draft project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.

Skills

4+ years experience

3+ years with Bachelor’s degree

Education

Associate's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

PMP certification or equivalent (highly desired)
