A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to assist with GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) and AIS (Air Insulated Switchgear) projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with sales, engineering, finance, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project completion aligned with business strategies. They will also support project management leads with reporting and tools requirements.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet customers, understand expectations, terms, conditions, and project requirements.
  • Work closely with project managers and leads to implement project goals.
  • Assist in project activities including scheduling, budgeting, risk management, change management, opportunities, NCCs, forecasting, correspondence, and reporting.
  • Review project implementation and gather execution data.
  • Update the lessons learned log actively.
  • Participate in customer and supplier meetings, draft minutes, and manage deliverables with cross-functional teams under the project manager's leadership.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in energy segment or substations preferred.
  • Experience in process improvement, contract management, and document & quality management preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and customer-facing skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for project efficiency.
  • Proven ability to generate and deliver insightful reports on project details.
  • Expert-level experience with computer operating systems and tools as per business needs.

Willingness to travel as needed, potentially exceeding 30%.
