Title: Assistant Project Manager, Dry Utility Coordination

Type: Full time, exempt

Location: Reston, Virginia (remote flexibility)

Reports To: Director of Dry Utility Coordination

DFM Development Services has a need to hire an internal Bond Release Project Manager to assist with various tasks within our unique multi-disciplined consulting operation that supports our real estate developer clients throughout the Metro DC Region.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct dry utility assessments for current and prospective clients as requested.
  • Support project initiation by submitting work order requests and coordinating project kickoff calls.
  • Compile and distribute meeting minutes for internal and external meetings.
  • Organize and maintain client folders and reference materials for easy access and use.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with utility providers and their contractors.
  • Collaborate effectively with DFM Development Services, LLC and Muller team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing or customer service role.
  • Strong verbal, reading, and writing communication skills.
  • Excellent business writing and administrative abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
