Job summary

Real Projectives in Laurel, MD is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support DMV-area projects, including TI renovations and new developments. You will work with a team to plan, execute, and control multiple engagements, ensuring precise, high-quality output and adherence to established standards.

The role requires coordinating meetings, reviewing documentation, and tracking budgets and schedules while communicating across owners, designers, consultants, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, building engineering, real estate, or architecture preferred or in another field subject to equivalent work experience.
• Record of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers to plan, execute and control projects.
• Maintain project financial trackers.
• Coordinate and attend project meetings and site visits; prepare minutes/notes.
• Review progress documentation and track responses.
• Observe work progress and help maintain quality.
• Forecast deliverables by examining project information.
• Communicate with internal and external teams effectively.
• Travel to sites to monitor progress.
