Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing data center team. This is a full-time site-based role supporting the delivery of large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout while collaborating with project managers, contractors and client stakeholders.

You will help manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation, monitor progress, safety and cost, and support schedules and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of applicable experience.
• Mission critical or data center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or MS Project is desirable.
• Ability to work full-time on site in the Dallas area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractors, consultants and client stakeholders.

• Build strong client relationships and represent Turner & Townsend professionally.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

This is a full-time site-based role supporting the delivery of large-scale mission critical construction projects. Working alongside experienced Project Managers, contractors and client stakeholders, you will help deliver projects from preconstruction through closeout while developing your project management career.

Additional Information

The salary range for this full-time role is $10K - $135K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
