Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of three years of related work experience.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must hold a current Arizona Driver’s License and have a 39-month clean driving record.
• Background checks to gain base access; Real ID or equivalent identification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Custodial Program at Luke Air Force Base.
• Balance commercial facility operations with a mission to provide structured job training and mentorship for individuals with disabilities.
• Support mission alignment and program execution through leadership and coordination.
