Responsibilities

• Provide support with project schedules, budgets, scope of work, data entry and other project requirements.
• Manage all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs and meeting minutes.
• Prepares price change orders and project reports and documentation.
• Assist with reporting and tracking of projects.
• Maintain accurate project records and timely updates to Project Managers.
• Participate in project hand-off and take-off meetings.
• Assist with closeout of project including final documentation transmission and filing.
