Job summary

The Beck Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the project management team on healthcare and other complex builds in a dynamic environment. You will assist with preconstruction, procurement, contract administration, and risk mitigation to help deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with design and field teams, develop schedules, monitor budgets, and supervise engineers and interns under the project manager’s guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant construction project or preconstruction experience.
• College graduate with relevant degree OR equivalent experience.
• Experience using construction software such as Excel, Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, Egnyte, CMiC, and Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer’s needs and understand their culture.
• Process and ensure compliance of subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Develop accurate project schedules with Superintendent input and assist in weekly look ahead schedules.
