Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in construction, design, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in PlanGrid, Procore, and Sage 300 Timberline.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, manage, and implement project facets to meet time, budget, and quality targets.
• Assist Project Manager with construction planning, scheduling, and document control.
• Liaise between project team, clients, architects, subcontractors, and community to align objectives.
