As a Assistant Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of commissioning and building performance projects for healthcare facilities, data centers, laboratories, universities, and other complex environments. You\'ll work alongside experienced Project Managers, engineers, contractors, and owners to help ensure building systems perform as intended while contributing to projects that make buildings safer, more efficient, and more reliable.
In this role, you\'ll support project planning, commissioning activities, testing, documentation, scheduling, and client communication while gaining hands-on experience across all phases of project delivery. You\'ll help coordinate project teams, solve technical challenges, track progress, and contribute to high-quality outcomes that create lasting value for our clients.
This position is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with diverse teams, and learning the technical and leadership skills needed to grow into a Project Manager or Commissioning Authority role. Working Conditions:
Typical Travel: Up to 50% (Regular travel to project sites will be required.)
Work Environment: Hybrid environment of office and in field for site visits. Site visits may include exposure to construction environments, uneven grounds, varying weather conditions, and field interactions.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform site inspections, which may include walking project sites, climbing ladders, occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, and working in confined spaces when needed. Reasonable accommodation may be provided.
Reports to: Project Manager
Partners with: Project Managers, Commissioning Authorities, Engineers, Contractors, Owners, Design Teams, and Operations Personnel.
Key Representative to: EEI clients, contractors, vendors and project stakeholders.
