Thomas Young Group in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination on commercial ground-up and renovation projects.

The role requires 2–4 years of GC experience, ability to read plans and shop drawings, and proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Procore. You will safeguard quality, safety, and site compliance while coordinating documentation and procurement.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager with a commercial GC
• Experience managing projects in the $5M–$30M range
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore
• Understanding of the documentation process between owners, architects and contractors
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and shop drawings
• Steady job history preferred

Responsabilidades

• Support development and management of project schedules and adjust timelines as needed
• Assist with project budgets, tracking costs, and help manage financial risks
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams
• Enforce quality standards, safety practices, and site compliance
• Handle project documentation, procurement, and supply chain coordination
