Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll work closely with senior leadership to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Description

Support Project Managers in the day-to-day oversight of commercial interior construction projects

Assist with subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and quality control

Help manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement timelines

Monitor project budgets and document control processes

Attend site meetings, assist with punch lists, and ensure project milestones are met

Liaise with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment

Profile

1-3 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with a focus on interiors

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

A proactive mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.) a plus

Willingness to grow into a Project Manager role over time
