Job summary

A/Z Corporation is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Marlborough, MA to support the Project Management team across a variety of assignments. The role involves assisting the Project Manager, contributing to business development efforts, and ensuring safety and project controls are followed.

You will work with operations leadership to prepare schedules, manage documentation, and maintain client communications throughout project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager on various project assignments as assigned by the Operations Manager or Director in charge
• Assist in business development efforts including preconstruction and client interaction
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies
• Provide proactive client interface throughout delivery of services
• Maintain project documentation and schedules per master contract terms
• Support project finance management for commitments and changes
• Coordinate project close-out, start-up, and training per best practices
• Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing among team members
• Pursue continuing education and professional development as recommended by the Company
