Job summary

The Redland Company, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join its construction management team in South Florida.

You will assist with site work, manage daily project operations, and collaborate with senior management throughout the construction process. Ideal candidates have at least two years of construction management experience in civil/utility/site work, with strong communication, budgeting, and scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years construction management experience in the South Florida Market, preferably civil/utility/site construction.
• Excellent judgment and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PM and manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project or portion thereof.
• Communicate project information to superiors and stakeholders.
• Compile reports for scope review and assemble change orders.
• Manage permits with governmental agencies and maintain project budgets.
