Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent) and 3+ years of heavy civil experience; water/wastewater experience is preferred. You will support the Project Manager with monitoring EVM/production, scope changes, and project close-out documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting heavy civil construction responsibilities.
• Experience in heavy civil projects; Water/Wastewater is preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work and correspondence between all project team members.
• Manage all documentation related to construction project.
• Assist in bid solicitation, estimate functions, and estimate takeoffs.
• Prepare and maintain submittal/RFI logs for construction projects based on project drawings and specifications.
• Document and communicate scope changes and other related project impacts to project team.
• Coordinate the change proposal, review, and submission process.
• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring EVM and production rates.
• Distribute construction documents to subcontractors.
• Collect and prepare all required project close-out documents.
• Prepare correspondence with owner, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, which include: schedule of values, project schedule, memos, request for information, transmittals, and submittals.

• Heavy civil construction experience required.
• Experience in heavy civil construction required. Water/Wastewater preferred.
