Job summary

EVstudio in Denver invites a civil engineering professional to join a collaborative, design-driven team. You will support site development projects from concept through construction, prepare documents, and help lead multiple projects while managing timelines and budgets.

We expect a BS in Civil Engineering, about 6 years of site development experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D. The role offers a base salary of $100,000 to $135,000, medical, dental, vision, 401k match, and hybrid

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Typically 6 years of experience in civil site land development.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• PE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support site development projects from concept through construction.
• Prepare construction documents, plan sets and reports.
• Lead multiple projects, overseeing timelines and budgets.
• Maintain communication with internal teams, external clients, agencies and consultants.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, clients and municipalities.
• Assist in permitting processes.
