Job summary

EVstudio in Denver, CO is seeking a Civil Engineer with 8+ years of site development experience to join our multidisciplinary team. You’ll support projects from concept through construction, contribute to grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design, and prepare construction documents.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering, is proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D, and values collaborative, fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Typically, 8+ years of civil/site land development experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• PE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support site development projects from concept through construction.
• Perform grading, drainage, utility layout, and roadway design.
• Prepare construction documents, plan sets, and reports.
• Lead several projects across various stages of development while overseeing timelines, budgets, and performance standards.
• Maintain communication with internal teams, external clients, agencies, and consultants, ensuring all projects are executed cleanly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and municipalities.
• Apply design standards and assist in permitting processes.
