Position Title: Project Manager

Salary Range: $55,000 - $110,000/ Year DOE

This company is expanding its project management team and seeking an Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of large-scale multifamily construction projects. In this role, you will work alongside experienced Project Managers to coordinate project execution, communicate with general contractors and design teams, track project progress, and help ensure jobs stay organized and on schedule. From apartment communities to student housing and senior living developments, you'll gain hands-on exposure to complex commercial projects while building the skills to take on greater responsibility. The ideal candidate is a motivated, collaborative construction professional with 2-3+ years of multifamily commercial construction experience, preferably with a commercial general contractor background, who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow with an established team

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in multifamily commercial construction
