Are you looking to grow your career in project management? I am working with a global construction consulting firm who are looking for an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join the team and play a key role in delivering exciting projects across all phases, from preconstruction through closeout.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers and senior leaders, gaining hands-on experience while gradually taking on more independent responsibility.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Project Managers to coordinate with clients and project teams.
  • Assist with project documentation, meeting notes, and progress reports.
  • Contribute to all project phases:
  • Preconstruction: scheduling, budget tracking, contracts, and permitting support.
  • Construction: procurement, risk tracking, quality, and safety oversight.
  • Closeout: coordinating deliverables and ensuring project completion.
  • Track project costs, schedules, and status to keep clients informed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to add value and support project success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years’ experience in construction management, project coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Microsoft Project (or similar) a plus.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives on collaboration and high-quality results.
