U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated facility management service, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Assistant Project Manager in Philadelphia. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
APM — The OM&S Assistant Project Manager (s) of Operations, Maintenance and Support Services shall be responsible to the OM&S Contractor's PM, for the individual areas of Operations, Maintenance, Support Services, and Security System/Maintenance and be available by cell phone when off-duty.
OSSF and subcontractors personnel when on-site as assigned by the OM&S PM.
