We are seeking a results‑driven Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Wadsworth, Ohio.
In this position you will be responsible for contract administration duties, including target and job initiation, purchase orders, change orders, general contract administration, material accrual, bid file assembly including plan retrieval and printing; accounting administration duties including bonds, insurance, lien waivers, weekly revenue summary, and filing. You will work directly with the Branch Manager, Project Managers, Engineers and Superintendents to develop and provide the business leaders meaningful financial tools they need to make real‑time decisions regarding their projects.
Qualified candidates will have several years of experience in project management / accounting and relevant hands‑on experience within the construction industry. A.S. or B.S. with a focus in business, accounting, finance, legal studies and/or construction management preferred. Candidates must be an independent thinker, well organized, self‑motivated, reliable, detail oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal & customer relation skills. Excellent computer skills and written & verbal communication skills are necessary.
Other requirements include:
Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law.
