Silverback Concrete is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for its South Hill, VA data center project. This full-time, exempt role supports the Project Manager with day-to-day administration, documentation, procurement, and coordination to keep submittals, RFIs, and records moving on schedule.
Based out of the South Hill office, you will work with field leadership, QC partners, suppliers, and the general contractor to deliver well-documented, on-schedule concrete work.

Position Summary
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports the Project Manager and project leadership team in the day-to-day administration and execution of concrete scopes on our active data center project in South Hill, VA. Based out of our South Hill office, the APM is the backbone of project documentation and coordination — keeping submittals, RFIs, procurement, and quality records moving so the field can stay productive. This is a development role for someone who wants to learn the business from the ground up and grow into a full Project Manager. The APM works closely with field leadership, our QC team, ready-mix and testing partners, and the general contractor to deliver clean, well-documented, on-schedule concrete work.
