Kent Companies in Dallas, TX seeks an Assistant Project Manager to assist in budgeting, scheduling, and coordination under the Structural Project Manager. This role supports the multifamily division with project delivery and client communication.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management and 3–5 years of construction management experience, including estimating and scheduling. Travel to job sites is required as needed.
The Assistant Project Manager is primarily responsible for assisting in managing, directing, coordinating, and budgeting in coordination with and at the direction of the Structural Project Manager and other division personnel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; however, other duties may be assigned. To perform in this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
