Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support Project Managers in the administration and coordination of construction projects. You will handle planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes and documentation to keep teams aligned on milestones.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants and stakeholders, monitor schedules, assist procurement, review drawings and specs, and ensure safety and compliance on site.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in construction project management or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, contract documents, and project controls.
  • Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holyoke, MA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $53.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
