Assistant Project Manager – Electrical Construction

I’m working with a well-established electrical contractor in Dallas that is looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to its team.

The role would suit someone who already has experience across both electrical estimating and project delivery, and wants to continue progressing toward a Project Manager position.

The role will involve:

• Supporting Project Managers across commercial electrical projects
• Assisting with estimating, takeoffs and bid preparation
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and scope
• Supporting budgets, cost tracking and forecasting
• Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders and procurement
• Coordinating with field teams, GCs, vendors and subcontractors
• Tracking project schedules, materials and documentation
• Supporting project closeout and billing

Ideal background:

• 2–5+ years within electrical construction
• Previous estimating experience is required
