Convergint is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team in Maryland. You will support the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, budgeting and customer communication on building automation and life-safety projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years engineering, field service or project management experience preferred.
• Experience in building automation, fire alarm or life-safety systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, organizing and directing projects.
• Support budgeting, cost control and cash flow management for assigned projects.
• Act as key interface with customers to maximize satisfaction.
• Identify risks and help develop mitigation strategies and corrective actions.
