We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a full-time, exempt salaried position in commercial building construction. This is NOT a remote role; some daily travel is required for project meetings and inspections. A personal vehicle is necessary, with travel expenses reimbursed at company rates. Benefits include PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
Responsibilities:
Supporting a Project Manager with tasks such as managing subcontractors, coordinating site activities, creating weekly schedules, liaising with inspectors and owner representatives, managing deliveries, maintaining as-built documents, updating project schedules, and other ongoing duties.
