Skybeck Construction, LLC in Austin, Texas, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support Senior/Project Managers in delivering timely, high-quality construction projects. The role emphasizes collaboration, precise document management, and proactive coordination across subcontractors.

You will participate in preconstruction activities, manage submittals and RFIs, and assist in budget and schedule controls. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in our fast-paced

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years’ experience in the construction industry (preferably Commercial, Multi-family, or Hospitality).
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds and travel to meetings, trainings, or other business-related events.

• Preconstruction services including estimating, subcontractor review and selection, scope review, and contract writing.
• Document management including processing RFIs, Submittals, Meeting Minutes, and Schedules.
• Maintain electronic files for PlanGrid.
• Assist in ordering materials and scheduling deliveries.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Project Manager will support the Senior Project Managers and Project Managers in ensuring the timely and quality delivery of work for assigned construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Preconstruction services which include but are not limited to estimating, subcontractor review and selection, scope review, and contract writing.
• Document management including but not limited to processing RFI’s, Submittals, Meeting Minutes, and Schedules.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years’ experience in the construction industry (preferably Commercial, Multi-family, or Hospitality)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift to 25 pounds. Ability to travel to and from meetings, trainings, or other business-related events.
