Job summary

The role involves partnering with the Project Manager and field teams to coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, track materials and procurement, and ensure work is completed safely and to quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years of construction experience, strong organizational and communication

• Track project costs, budgets, and progress.
• Support quality control and resolve field-related issues.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate with clients and internal teams.

The APM will work closely with the Project Manager and field teams to coordinate subcontractors, manage project schedules and budgets, track materials and procurement, and ensure work is completed safely and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the management of concrete, paving, sidewalks, curbs, retaining walls, and other hardscape scopes.
• Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, materials, and project schedules.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and change orders.
• Tracking project costs, budgets, and progress.
• Supporting quality control and resolving field-related issues.
• Maintaining project documentation and communicating regularly with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3+ years of construction experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience or exposure to concrete or hardscaping projects.
