Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting experience.
• 1+ years experience with data processing of invoices, electronic filing, emails, etc.
• General understanding of GAAP and cost accounting

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and submission of invoices for assigned projects.
• Assist with review and process of subcontractor applications of payment and general condition invoices for payment.
• Data entry including owner billings, subcontracts, change orders and purchase orders.
• Payment of general payables.
